An approachable gallery, without pretention. Journalistic in nature... snapshot-ish. Looking for a style to call your own. I'd stick with the portraiture, in my humble opinion. I do like the 'long Fence' picture... but enjoy the family pics more. Don't be timid with the camera and don't just be satisfied with one or two shots... take dozens and dozens. Approach strangers. Hire models. Keep clicking.

I disagree.
Ive seen people who draw. There for would be more 'artistic' in your view I asume. But they were all pictures of pregnant anime girls. And he had like 10.000 hits.

These photos have a lot of love in them. I value anything with emotion in it. People say I can draw, but I myself feel my work is oftern souless and lacking unlike these pictures by Dan Willmore.

It's compleatly ridiculous to make this comment to him when he's just joined 99% of people in deviant art are only here to get hits/ attention anyway. Oftern the people I find who are truly intrested in 'art' seem to leave deviantart anyway.

Anyway just trying to be helpful
